The HR Office seeks to build and maintain successful employer-employee relationships at GCC and to promote positive relations between employees. The office helps to prevent and resolve workplace problems. It is responsible for creating, administering and interpreting GCC’s personnel policies, and for training on HR policies and practices. It also works to ensure the GCC’s compliance with legal requirements affecting employment as per Qatar Labor Law.
