The GCC’s Personnel Policy Manual is a resource document containing personnel policy for all the staffs. It complements Policies and Procedures.

Throughout the manual, individuals have been referred to generically as "employees," regardless of the staff group in which they work.

It is expected that GCC’s supervisory HR personnel will administer these policies in a consistent and equitable manner. The provisions of the manual are not conditions of employment and may be modified, revoked, or changed by the company, with or without notice, at any time.
